What We Collect

Information You Give Us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and, for the private party form, your requested date and expected party size. For the contact form, we also collect your message. We ask that you not include medical information in the contact form.

Information Collected Automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information when you visit: pages viewed, time on site, the type of device and browser you use, and a general location based on your IP address. This is collected through Google Analytics and is not linked to your name.

How We Use It

We use form submissions to respond to you, to confirm party dates, and to let you know when membership opens if you asked us to. We use technical information to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Booking and Health Information

Clicking "Book Now" takes you to Aesthetic Record, a secure medical records and booking platform. Any information you enter there, including health history, treatment records and consent forms, is stored in that system and protected under applicable health privacy laws. This website does not store health information. Aesthetic Record's own privacy practices apply to information you provide on their platform.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. We have configured it to anonymize IP addresses and not to collect advertising identifiers. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser.

Sharing

Form submissions are stored in a secure database and delivered to our team. We share your information only with service providers who help us run this site and our business, such as our website host and email provider, and only for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete information you've submitted through this website by emailing info@avmaesthetics.com. Requests about your medical records should go through Aesthetic Record or be made directly to us as your provider.

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
