Physician-Led
Our Approach
Avion is physician-led. Every treatment is performed by Dr. Chris Bashian, a surgeon, or Rachel Fey, a physician assistant with a surgical background. That matters for two reasons. The first is safety: filler complications, however rare, are anatomical problems, and the people well equipped to avoid and manage them are the people who understand facial anatomy from the inside. The second is judgment. Knowing when to stop, when to say no, and when a client would be better served by a different treatment is a skill that comes from medical training.
Our results are meant to be subtle. The goal is for people to notice you look rested, not to notice you had something done.
Dr. Chris Bashian
Board-Certified Surgeon, Founder
Dr. Chris Bashian is a board-certified general and bariatric surgeon. He founded Avion on a simple philosophy: aesthetic treatments should be performed with the same precision and care as any surgical procedure.
With a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of surgical anatomy, Dr. Bashian brings balance, proportion and safety to medical aesthetics. His approach is centered on subtle, refined results that enhance natural features while maintaining authenticity. He continues to practice surgery at a hospital in South Jersey.
At Avion Medical Aesthetics, his goal is to provide the med-spa experience, conveniently delivered to your doorstep.
Rachel Fey, PA
Physician Assistant
Rachel Fey is a physician assistant with a background in surgery and a passion for aesthetic medicine. She joined Avion because she believes the details make all the difference.
In her own words:
"My approach to aesthetics is intentional and personalized, with a focus on enhancing natural beauty rather than changing it. I love helping my patients feel confident in their own skin through subtle, intentional enhancements that leave them looking refreshed, balanced, and like the best version of themselves. I believe the best aesthetic work doesn't announce itself. It creates that 'what's different about you' effect. My goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and confident in their treatment plan."
At Your Home
What an Appointment at Home Looks Like
We arrive at your scheduled time with everything needed for your treatment. Products travel in temperature-controlled storage. Supplies are sterile and single-use. We set up on a small table or counter in whatever room you've chosen, ideally somewhere with a comfortable chair and good natural light.
Your appointment starts with a conversation. What are you hoping to change? What have you had done before? What are you worried about? Then an assessment of how your face moves and what will actually address your concern. You'll get a clear plan and a clear price before anything is injected, and if we think a treatment isn't right for you, we'll say so.
After your treatment, you get written aftercare instructions and a direct way to reach us if anything comes up. For first-time Botox clients, we check in at two weeks.
